In its peak, the magnificent Inca kingdom
spread across the Indies in Columbia,
Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Argentina and
Chile, and developed a rich and highly
unique culture.
Following the Spanish
conquest in 1532, the kingdom came to
an end, but its culture still lives, thanks
to its current day descendants...Llajta
brings unique voices and sounds from
the Inca culture straight to your event,
and creates an exciting musical experience.

Stephanie Musiqanth - a couple both on
stage and in real life.
Born in Ecuador, Jorge is a direct descendant
of the Inca tribe, who took upon himself to
serve as the reviver of the Inca culture.
Stephanie, a South African native,
combines singing and music in Llajta's shows.
The show is performed by two to five singers-musicians,
who are all, with the exception of Stephanie, Inca
descendants.
Band members are clad in colorful authentic
costumes and play various authentic South
American Indian instruments, including a
cowhide drum, Chajchas - made of goat
hooves, Zamponãs - a bamboo flute, as
